Terms and Conditions:
Caltex Customer Smart Feedback ” (“the Promotion”) is organized by Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd. (‘Chevron”) for the feedback on Customer Service at Caltex service stations (“Participating Caltex stations”). The Promotion is valid from 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017 (”Promotion Period”).
 
To enter, a participant is required to submit their service rating feedback either (i) via Smart Feedback onlineafter using a smart phone to scan a QR Code on the relevant Promotion poster located at Participating Caltex stations, or (ii) at selected Participating Caltex stations only, by using the smart feedback tablet to scan a unique barcode issued by the cashier per transaction upon payment. For each feedback received, the participant will stand a chance to win Starcash worth $300. Each participant is entitled to no more than one entry per week during the Promotion Period.
 
Customers submitting service rating feedback through the smart feedback tablet at selected Participating Caltex stations, will be issued with a voucher upon survey completion that entitles the customer to redeem a free gift determined by Chevron at its discretion. In order for customers to claim the free gift, both the voucher and barcode issued upon payment must be presented to the cashier. Chevron reserves the right to determine and/or change the free gift and prizes, the Promotion mechanics or cancel the Promotion entirely at any time without any liability or prior notice.
 
Caltex station staff, including Station Managers, Cashiers and Pump Attendants are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
 
There will be one lucky draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotion Period and 10 winners will be chosen to win StarCash worth $300 each. Chevron reserves the right to disqualify, at its discretion, any entry that it believes to be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicative or otherwise involving fraud or forgery.
 
The lucky draw will take place at Caltex Holland service station, located at 297 Holland Road Singapore 278629 on 15 January 2018 at 3.00pm. All winners will be notified using the contact number indicated on the smart feedback website. Within 7 days from the successful verification of all winners, the results will be published on www.caltex.com.sg and a redemption letter will be sent by post to the winners. All winners must produce their NRIC/passport and original redemption letter for verification to claim their prize within 1 month from the date of the redemption letter from Caltex Holland service station, located at 297 Holland Road Singapore 278629 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 10am to 6pm or between 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.
 
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items. All prizes unclaimed within 1 month of notification will be donated to the Community Chest. By participating in the Promotion, the participants are deemed to have consented to the use and disclosure of their personal data (including their names, mobile telephone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses) to Chevron for marketing and publicity purposes whether related to the Promotion or otherwise. The participant acknowledges that Chevron is authorized to process his/her personal data provided pursuant to this Promotion in accordance with its data privacy policy. If the participant has any questions in relation to the use and disclosure of his/her personal data or wishes to request access to and/or correction of his/her personal data, he/she may do so by writing in to https://www.caltex.com/sg/privacy-statement.html .
 All prizes/give-aways (“Items”) are promotional in nature and are gifts.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chevron: (a) makes no warranties (express or implied) in respect of merchantability or fitness for use and no guarantees are given or implied in the quality and/or performance of the Items; (b) will not be responsible or liable for any damage to property of any kind resulting (wholly or partially, directly or indirectly) from acceptance, possession or use of the Items or the quality, safety or fitness for use or suitability of the Items; and (c) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, and consequential damages, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Items.  Any complaints or disputes in respect of the quality, safety or fitness for use or suitability of the Items should be communicated directly to and resolved with the manufacturer and/or supplier of the relevant Items.  The recipient of the Items is responsible for the proper and legal use of the Items and ensuring that all necessary licences and permits (if there are any) are obtained.
All decisions made by Chevron in respect of the Promotion are final and no correspondence or queries shall be entertained. These terms and conditions are subject to change in Chevron’s sole discretion. Chevron reserves the right to change the Items, the promotion mechanics or cancel the Promotion entirely at any time without any liability or prior notice. By taking part in this Promotion, the Promotion entrant acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to these terms & conditions.
